  7. Memos is an easy-to-learn (five minutes)-and-use inter-office communications
  8. utility. Designed to eliminate the clutter of Post-it notes and memo pads,

  10. receive, review, maintain, and respond to memos ╤ all from one screen. Memos
  11. can be used for appointment scheduling, telephone messages, and to provide

  15. Memos features masterkey security against unauthorized access; users only see
  16. memos they have sent or received. Special forms can be defined for frequently
  17. sent memos and memos can even be sent to certain defined user groups. Every few
  18. minutes, online users are notified of unread memos via visual display and a
  19. beep. View mode allows you to see/print all memos sent to or from you ╤
  20. current, deleted or postdated.
